Delivery Rates & Policies
All items are sent via courier and charged as per
website or quote. Texthelp's goal is to ship all orders within 24
working hours of receipt of order (Monday-Friday).
When completing or sending your order, you must enter your full
address and zip code along with contact name, telephone number, and
valid email address. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO boxes.
Your delivery may be subject to customs charges, over which we
have no control, and which are borne by the customer.
Credit/Debit Card Declined
If you receive notification that your credit or debit card has
been declined, you should first re-check the card number and
expiration date. If they are correct, then you will need to contact
the bank that issued the card to find out why it was declined.
