Delivery Rates & Policies

Texthelp can dispatch items to virtually any address in the world. Click below for destination-specific delivery rates, delivery times and delivery restrictions.

1. United Kingdom (including Channel Islands & Isle of Man) - UK includes England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales. All items are sent via Courier or Royal Mail and charged at £5 plus VAT. Texthelp aim to dispatch all orders within 24 working hours of receipt of order (Monday-Friday) with expected delivery within 48 hours following dispatch, subject to courier.
2. Europe (including Republic of Ireland) - All items are sent via Courier and charged at £15 plus VAT. Texthelp aim to dispatch all orders within 24 working hours of receipt of order (Monday-Friday) with expected delivery within 48 hours following dispatch, subject to courier.
3. Rest of World (excluding US & Canada) - All items are sent via Courier and charged at £30. Texthelp aim to dispatch all orders within 24 working hours of receipt of order (Monday-Friday) with expected delivery within 48 hours following dispatch, subject to courier. 

When completing your order you must enter your full address and postcode including telephone number. Unfortunately we cannot deliver to PO boxes. Remember your delivery may also be subject to customs charges, over which we have no control, and which must be borne by you.

Credit/Debit Card Declined

If you receive notification that your credit or debit card has been declined, you must contact the bank that issued the card to find out why. You should also check if the card has expired.
