Dictionary
Basic, advanced, and online talking dictionaries are available
to provide definitions and alternative words for a selected word.
Definitions, parts of speech, and sample sentences to understand
content are displayed along with suggestions to increase word
understanding. All definitions, sentences, and suggestions can also
be read aloud.

NEW! Picture Dictionary
When you come across a word you are unsure of, you can use the
Picture Dictionary to display a visual image from Widget Symbols to
better understand the meaning of the word. Text definitions can
also be displayed if desired.
You can also use Picture Dictionary images within Microsoft Word
or Apple Pages. Simply double-click on an image in the Picture
Dictionary and it will be placed in a Word or Pages document next
to the associated word. Adding images to text is especially
beneficial to students who require augmentative and alternative
communication and English Language Learners.
