  • PHP Team Lead


    We are on the lookout for our newest Texthelper. Due to Texthelp’s continued growth & success we have created a new team lead position in the internal systems development team. You’ll be responsible for a small team, working on some new & exciting strategic projects. Ideally you’ll be a PHP developer with a keen interest in web technologies, some knowledge of git and linux would be useful too.

  • UX Lead


    We are on the lookout for a new UX Lead. Ideally you’ll be someone that thinks outside the box and puts the user first when it comes to designing and building user interfaces. As UX Lead you’ll play a major role within the product team as a user advocate. You’ll be well versed in both research & digital design best practices and provide expert advice to the development team on how best to design new features for Texthelp products. Driving consistency & usability across all of the Texthelp products will be core to your job.

  • Senior PHP Developer


    We are on the lookout for our newest Texthelper. Ideally you’ll be a senior level PHP developer with a keen interest in web technologies, some knowledge of git and linux would be useful too. You’ll be responsible for the on-going development of multiple internal information systems, including the marketing automation system, allowing the easy flow of data to the right people in a timely manner, as well as helping out with other awesome software projects when required. You will have a desire to explore open source technology and push the boundaries of what is possible in the tech stack.

  • Head of Sales Operations


    Texthelp currently has 3 sales divisions: US Education, Rest of World Education and Workplace. This role is a high value-add business partner to these 3 sales divisions and working with the 3 sales leaders enabling revenue growth and increasing sales productivity by building effective methodologies, efficient processes, value-added information and sales tools consistently across the company. The individual will help define the business partnering relationship and how the role will evolve to deliver world class sales operations and consistency across all our countries and business units. The role will report into the Chief Operating Officer.

  • Marketing Specialist


    The Marketing Specialist supports the implementation of strategic and tactical campaigns for the North American education market. Working as part of a Global (Group) Marketing team, the Marketing Specialist is responsible for activities aimed at raising brand awareness, generating leads, nurturing leads and customer retention. The Marketing Specialist will collaborate closely with other members of the Group Marketing department including; Content Generation, Events, Marketing Data and Automation, and Design, as well as internal stakeholders from Sales and Product Management.

    We are looking for a Digital Designer to help define, maintain and improve our website and email user experience. Working closely with other design and content team members, you will produce web pages, emails and design assets. You will help to drive engagement with target audiences across the customer lifecycle. You'll work with and learn from an experienced marketing team, helping to tell our story, communicate our vision and explain the value of our products. We're looking for someone with a growth mindset. A designer who is passionate about their craft and has an obsessive attention to detail.

    We are looking for a graphic designer who will help tell our story, communicate our vision and explain the value of our products. Working closely with other design and content team members, you will produce design creative for social, email, events, and our website(s). You will help to drive engagement with target audiences across the customer lifecycle. You’ll have a flair for design & illustration, and you’ll be confident in communicating your design concepts to stakeholders. We're looking for someone with a growth mindset, who is passionate about their craft and has an obsessive attention to detail.
