Once you choose your platform, and get Read&Write, you’re ready to go! All of the premium features are available for you over the next 30 days. We’ll also be in touch via email to make sure you’re getting the most out of your trial.
Getting started with your Read&Write trial
Step 1
Once you’ve downloaded your trial, you can find it in your downloads folder to run it on Windows or Mac. The Chrome trial should launch automatically. This will display as a toolbar on your desktop or within your browser.
Step 2
Start using the toolbar. If you need any help, visit the Texthelp Academy.
Step 3
Your free trial will last for 30 days and then you will lose access to all of the premium features. A freemium version of the tool can still be accessed. Take a look at the full list of premium features to see what you’ll be missing out on.
Here’s the features you’ll not want to miss:
- Text & Picture Dictionaries: Helps learners understand words with definitions and images.
- Vocabulary List: Learners can easily create word lists with definitions and notes.
- Rewordify (for Chrome): Simplifies complex text without it changing meaning.
- Check It: Checks grammar, spelling, and more for error-free writing.
- Audio Maker: Converts text to audio for on-the-go learning.
- Co:Writer Prediction (for Chrome and Microsoft Edge): Designed to free up ideas so they more naturally flow into writing—helping with writer’s block, word recall issues, and other barriers to writing.
