  • React Developer

    What we’re looking for: Energetic developer who is keen to deliver high quality software. Highly skilled with JavaScript (ECMAScript 2015+), React, CSS3/HTML5, REST API calls, preferably with good commercial experience of this. Experience in working with Javascript tooling (NPM, Webpack, Babel, Next.js, etc.) Good eye for UI/UX would be helpful, but not essential. Happy working with databases and cloud hosting (we use Amazon AWS). Someone who wants to continually improve their skill set and learn new technologies.   • Office Manager / Receptionist

    We are looking for an Office Manager / Receptionist to join our Admin Department. The successful candidate will look after a busy reception area providing the first point of contact and the highest standards of customer care. This person will support health & safety requirements and overall building maintenance and servicing. They will manage office operational functions, therefore multi-tasking and attention to detail is essential. The person hired will also be responsible for providing effective executive assistance and support to the CEO.

  • HR Administrator - (Temporary role - 12 months)

    We are looking for a HR Administrator to join our People Department and assist with our full-cycle recruiting process. HR Administrator responsibilities include, but are not limited to; liaising with recruitment agencies, advertising job openings online, scheduling interviews, overseeing our employee referral programs and promoting our comprehensive benefits package. To be successful in this role, you must have CIPD Level 3 and some experience with recruitment. Ultimately, you will help us build a strong employer brand and ensure we provide a positive candidate experience, whether candidates are successful or not.

  • Talent Acquisition Lead

    Due to our continued growth, we are adding a Talent Acquisition Lead who will support our Technical and Operation teams. As a Talent Acquisition Lead, you will be responsible for sourcing and pipelining talent, specifically within technology, covering the full recruitment life cycle, identifying exceptional passive talent through non-conventional methods. You will build strong internal relationships, assessing current and future recruitment plans, pipelining talent in key areas of growth. You must be able to communicate on and understand technical topics. You will communicate effectively with both internal customers and candidates with various levels of experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruiting who loves being accountable to hiring managers and is driven by their energy to meet expectations. In a highly competitive market, it is important talent is pipelined across multiple channels, strategically promoting the company to a large audience and creating a strong brand, all while delivering an exceptional and consistent customer experience at all times. Building relationships with local Universities is another key aspect to the role, promoting a strong brand to emerging talent, ultimately making the company an employer of choice. Company culture is highly important, therefore it is essential the Talent Acquisition Lead will adopt an enthusiastic, positive approach, all while maintaining an exceptional sourcing service. It is also important that the successful candidate provides regular insights around hiring trends.
