  • UX Lead

    We are on the lookout for a new UX Lead. Ideally you’ll be someone that thinks outside the box and puts the user first when it comes to designing and building user interfaces. As UX Lead you’ll play a major role within the product team as a user advocate. You’ll be well versed in both research & digital design best practices and provide expert advice to the development team on how best to design new features for Texthelp products. Driving consistency & usability across all of the Texthelp products will be core to your job.

  • Administrative Executive

    The Workplace Division of Texthelp is currently looking for a Sales Support Executive whose primary focus will be supporting the New Business Acquisition Team. This role requires a highly organised, forward-thinking individual with a can-do attitude.

  • Senior PHP Developer

    We are on the lookout for our newest Texthelper. Ideally you’ll be a senior level PHP developer with a keen interest in web technologies, some knowledge of git and linux would be useful too. You’ll be responsible for the on-going development of multiple internal information systems, including the marketing automation system, allowing the easy flow of data to the right people in a timely manner, as well as helping out with other awesome software projects when required. You will have a desire to explore open source technology and push the boundaries of what is possible in the tech stack.

  • Marketing Automation Specialist

    As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will integrate marketing automation tools and analytics into our marketing campaigns and communications. You will report to the Marketing Data Analyst and work closely with other functions within Marketing - such as design, content, and campaign planning - as well as our data and tech teams. You will be responsible for developing, planning and implementing email communications, including reporting, across the customer lifecycle. Additionally you will provide campaign teams with analysis and insight into customer segments and behaviour, and campaign performance against targets and KPIs. We’re seeking an experienced marketing automation specialist with strong analytical skills and data literacy, who is a skilled and confident communicator. You will be passionate about effectively communicating with prospects and customers, and able to demonstrate the link between marketing activity and results. A logical and methodical individual, you will directly influence revenue growth, brand building, and efficiency through your role.

  • Customer Success Manager

    The purpose of the role is to support new and existing customers to help them get the most out of our software tools. This includes playing an active role in onboarding and deploying new customers as well as engaging and supporting our existing customer base to maximise their use of our software and to work with the sales team to identify new opportunities for growth. We need someone with a strong work ethic, a confident and personable manner and an aptitude for technical nuance. As a Customer Success Manager at Wizkids, you will join our hard working UK sales team as well as our support and deployment teams based in Denmark. Once you have received the necessary training and can demonstrate that you know our products thoroughly you will be given the autonomy and responsibility to onboard and manage customer relations yourself. This opportunity affords the applicant the chance to really make their mark not only in the company but in the wider EdTech industry and is ideal for someone with a genuine passion for education and technology.
