Job Overview

The Marketing department leads the way in demonstrating Texthelp’s commitment to being customer-led in all activity. We are seeking a Content Marketing Specialist to create compelling content across the Texthelp business for Spanish speaking territories in Spain and Latin America.

Working closely with the Education Campaign Manager, Content Strategist, Social Media & Communities Manager as well as the territory sales team, you will conceptualise new ideas, produce and co-ordinate the distribution of integrated content activities for marketing campaigns across Spain and Latin America. The content should create experiences and drive engagement with target audiences across the whole customer lifecycle. 

The Content Marketing Specialist is a storyteller and a talented copywriter with a flair for creating exceptional content. Your proofreading and editing skills will be top notch and you will also be confident adapting and translating existing Texthelp content for Spanish speaking territories.

Main Responsibilities

  • Creating and producing effective digital content, for the benefit of Texthelp and our audiences and to differentiate us from competitors, including but not limited to, content on our website(s), blogs/vlogs, social media, thought leadership, PR/media outreach & partnerships, gated content, infographics, video production, case studies and webinars
  • Creative copywriting across a multitude of channels. Applying a consistent brand narrative, style, messaging and tone of voice approach across content, channels, and markets with an ability to write for different audiences in Spanish and Latin American markets. This includes gaining data-driven insight and understanding of the topical discussion areas for our audiences to enable effective engagement and outreach on our key issues
  • Working with campaign and product managers to identify gaps in the customer experience for localised Spanish product journeys and producing effective content to fill those gaps
  • Write and manage the production of written marketing materials including lifecycle emails, articles, blogs, help guides, while coordinating with design
  • Leverage market insights, user stories & deliverables and search terms to shape themes/topics and Texthelp’s point of view
  • Collaborate across the organisation and externally source and craft content of relevance to Texthelp’s audiences
  • Build and work with a network of influencers, contributors, and partnerships to support lean content production and lead generation
  • Blog co-ordination, curation, and contribution on a daily basis. Uploading, monitoring and replying to comment threads where appropriate
  • Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimised for search and social promotion
  • Website content maintenance including copy-writing, on-page, and off-page SEO

Personnel Specification

Essential Criteria

  • Educated to degree level
  • Experience (2+ years) of B2B content marketing, marcomms and/or inbound marketing experience
  • Fluent Spanish (spoken and written) 

Minimum of 1+ years’ experience to include the following: 

  • Relevant digital media planning and implementation experience, to include content marketing, social media marketing, digital PR, search/paid marketing and website management 
  • Executing integrated, digitally driven campaigns, including messaging, influencer mapping, stakeholder identification, and targeting, and reporting
  • Using a range of social channels including, Twitter, Google+, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest and Instagram 
  • Working with designers and any external suppliers to produce content and integrate digital strategy across all platforms and channels
  • Working with content management systems (Kentico, Wordpress etc)

Desirable Experience

  • Content development skills, including producing and/or managing the production of visual and video assets
  • Strong understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) skills - both on and off-page
  • Experience with measuring and optimising the performance of content using tools such as Google Analytics and A/B testing
