Order Operations Specialist

Responsible for processing orders and managing licenses for Group and Unlimited new sales and renewals. 

Job Requirements: 

● 1-2 years order processing/customer service experience; computer software industry experience a plus 

● Experience with Google Apps 

● CRM Database experience; SugarCRM experience a plus 

● College Degree Required 

● Excellent communication (both written and oral) skills 

● Highly organized and detail oriented 

● Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks 

● Team player with good interpersonal skills 

● Work remotely initially but must be available to work in Woburn office in future 

Job Responsibilities: 

● Work with Customer Success Managers (and Territory Sales Directors) to verify/process sales orders, create/update paid licenses, and manage pilot licenses within an assigned geographic region (East or West) 

● Provide customer service as needed with issues such as order tracking, product code lookups, license questions, invoice requests, refund/credit requests, etc. 

● Respond to internal/external inbound queries/questions/tasks/ requests for information in a timely, accurate, and professional manner 

● Assist in updating and maintaining customer database information in SugarCRM database 

● Provide backup for single order processing 

● Utilize CRM to ensure order accuracy 

● Meet and Exceed quarterly objectives 

Compensation Base salary with commission/bonus opportunity tied to meeting quarterly objectives and company achieving quarterly sales quota
