Graphic Designer
We are seeking a designer (as part of a small design team) to produce designs for digital media and print in support of our brand and range of products. Ultimately, the designer will have a willingness to learn in other design areas including animation and video editing. They will have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team and be able to meet tight deadlines.

Details
Main Responsibilities
Work to a production calendar and be responsible for hitting their own deadlines.
Collaborate with marketing teammates on ideas and concepts for campaigns.
Follow a content & design process from conception to delivery.
Design original pieces, including illustrations and infographics.
Refine images, typography and layouts in keeping with the brand.
Liaise with marketing and design teams to ensure team deadlines are met.
Consistently adhere to brand guidelines.
Person Specification
Essential Criteria
3+ years of related work experience
Degree in Design, Visual Arts or relevant field
Strong portfolio with work examples for both digital and print projects (to be presented at interview)
Desirable Criteria
Ability to:
quickly understand, analyse, and respond to briefs
conceptualise a project from initial concepts to final output.
adapt work to the brand style whilst remaining creative.
sell, present and talk through your design thinking.
provide and accept constructive critique.
successfully work on multiple projects under time constraints and deadlines.
Comprehensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator & Photoshop.
Knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere and InDesign.
Basic understanding of print reprographics.
Experience working closely with a content team and other marketing specialists.
Experience in user interface design.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
