Top 3 reasons why you should attend our health and social event

Our morning seminar is a day of learning for health and social care professionals, with expert guidance on how to provide digital services that are accessible and inclusive.

Here’s a quick overview of the top 3 reasons why you and your colleagues should join us on 16th March at the King’s Fund, London.

1. Meet expert digital/ accessibility influencers in the field

We've a great lineup of expert speakers, including Scott Durairaj from NHS England, who will talk about the implementation and delivery of a number of national NHS England priorities for the benefit of patients, carers, and staff.

Other speakers include Dr Jo Protheroe, who is the Chair of the UK Health Literacy Group, and Nicola Gill, Programme Manager Widening Digital Participation from NHS Digital

And focusing on the Accessible Information Standard (AIS), we have Catherine Carter from CHANGE and Sarah White from Sense, who will take us through why the Accessible Information Standard was created and highlight the importance of the standard from a real life perspective - someone with a learning disability.

2. Network with your peers

It’s a fantastic opportunity to meet others, just like you!

The room will be packed with other delegates with the same interests. Discuss your challenges, pain-points, and opportunities with other similar organisations?

3. Share knowledge and learn about key digital accessible issues in the health and social care sector

Discover how other organisations, including NHS England have tweaked and perfected their strategies to empower health and social care users.

It’s also an opportunity to share your success stories...
