What's new with Browsealoud?
We've made some improvements to the Browsealoud Customer Portal to make your experience a little more enjoyable

Self-service is quickly becoming our customer’s preferred method of interacting with us. And, it makes sense - they get to find the information about Browsealoud they need in a fast, efficient and secure way.
So, we made some improvements to the Browsealoud Customer Portal to make your experience a little more enjoyable.
What’s New
Find contracts and URLs quicker
Sort your contracts and URLs in alphabetical order using filtered columns. Don’t forget, you already have a free-type search box too.
More easily configure your Browsealoud
The configuration steps are easier to follow - we removed the clutter. You’ll find advice on where best to add the code and specific instructions for those of you with Wordpress sites.

Browsealoud Portal Update 2017
Contracts List
- Filtered columns allowing users to sort each of the columns in alphabetical order to help you find contracts more easily
URL List
- Filtered columns and a search box allowing users to sort each of the columns in alphabetical order and to search for a specific URL to help you find contracts more easily
- Removed three columns of information: ‘date modified’, ‘wizard checkbox’, and ‘visit site’ as this information is unnecessary
- Renamed options: from ‘integration options’ to ‘configure your Browsealoud’ and ‘edit’ to ‘edit settings’ to make the options more descriptive
Integration Options
- Added specific instructions for adding Browsealoud to a Wordpress site to help the increasing number of customers with Wordpress sites
- Added advice on where to place the Browsealoud code in your CMS to make the integration more seamless
- Added a reminder to save your settings if you attempt to browse to another page before saving so you don’t lose your settings
- Once you save your settings, the page will automatically scroll down prompting you to complete the final steps to integrate Browsealoud reminding you to complete all the necessary steps
- The Browsealoud code is now ‘read only to prevent errors when copying and pasting into your CMS
Misc
- Fixed a few bugs ‘under the hood’ for better all round performance
