Coming Soon to Fluency Tutor for Google…

This week, Google announced a few new features for Google Classroom, and we are excited to share a sneak peek of how we are integrating these updates into Fluency Tutor™ for Google.

Fluency Tutor™ for Google, Texthelp’s time-saving leveled reading and assessment tool, will soon include the new Google Classroom Share button to offer teachers an even easier way to share reading passages with their students. With the Google Classroom Share button, teachers using Fluency Tutor for Google will soon be able to share a reading passage with an entire class of students in Google Classroom, with the click of a button.

The Google Classroom Share button allows teachers and students to assign or turn in content from the web or third party apps directly to Google Classroom, providing new ways to efficiently create and share educational content. As a Google for Education partner, Texthelp is one of the first providers of educational content and support tools to integrate the Classroom Share button into their products. We are excited to give Google Classroom users a glimpse of what they can look forward to using with their students.

To share a Fluency Tutor reading passage with your class, all you will have to do is select a passage, click the Classroom Share button, and you’ll be able to choose your class and create your assignment without ever leaving the Fluency Tutor dashboard.

This new feature, along with a brand new look and other exciting updates, will be coming to Fluency Tutor for Google this fall. If you haven’t tried it out yet, get Fluency Tutor for Google from the Chrome Web Store today, so you’re ready to start using it with your students in the new school year.
