Making an Impact: Texthelp wins another top award.

It’s always great to have true teamwork recognised. And we’re immensely proud that Texthelp - and in particular our Read&Write literacy software - has been honoured at the first ever DigitalAgenda ‘Impact Awards.’

Sponsored by Nominet Trust, this brand-new event celebrates innovation that’s made a positive impact on the way the UK lives, learns and does business.
This year’s contest attracted more than 200 entries in a dozen categories spread across three overarching themes: people, places and business. And on March 3rd we hoisted the inaugural Education Category trophy – sponsored by Edtech UK – in front of a packed crowd of 250 people at London’s Barbican Centre.
Texthelp was singled out by DigitalAgenda’s judging panel that boasted heavyweight experience in terms of start-ups, investment and impact technology. There were worthy winners all categories from Health to Business, all winners are noted over on the DigitalAgenda website.

Each category winner was selected on the strength of its core concept, the team behind it and its potential for scale and impact. And that’s been amply demonstrated with our most recent milestone of over 8 million Read&Write for Google Chrome users worldwide.
