Jason Carroll, Global Product Manager at Texthelp 

Jason has trained thousands on the effective use of Assistive and Instructional Technology throughout the United States and beyond since his start with Educational Technology over a decade ago. His focus is on bridging the gap between the operation of technology and actual implementation and is a popular speaker nationally and internationally on these topics.

Jason is a graduate of the Assistive Technology Applications Certificate Program (ATACP) from California State University at Northridge, holds an MBA, is a Google Educator, and Authorized Google Education Trainer.  He is a published author, has taught at the University level, and served as an independent consultant prior to his position at Texthelp.

Kasey Bell, Digital Learning Consultant 

Kasey offers engaging staff development for all levels of educators, specializing in training, presentations, keynote speaking engagements, and consulting. As a skillful facilitator, Google Certified Teacher and authorized Google Education Trainer, Kasey has led a variety of instructional technology trainings, including presentations at ISTE, FETC, TCEA, Google Summits, and iPadpalooza. Kasey was recognized as a finalist for the 2015 Instructional Technology Specialist of the year by TCEA. Kasey is co-leader of the North Texas Google Educator Group. She is also an EdCamp organizer, and has also been featured on edtech podcasts, including House of EdTech and Coffee with a Geek.

Dale Martin, Coordinator of Instructional Technology at Splendora ISD

Dale Martin is starting his twenty-first year in Education. In that time he has served as a teacher, assistant principal, principal, early college high school principal and is now the coordinator for instructional technology at Splendora ISD.  He has also been an adjunct professor at LoneStar College-Kingwood and currently serves his community as the Vice President of the East Montgomery County Improvement District.

Cassi Caputo, Education Program Manager at Google for Education

Cassi is a Regional Program Manager for Google Education and has been on the team since 2011. She works with districts to successfully deploy, scale and integrate Google tools like Google Apps for Education and Chromebooks into the classroom. Cassi has a passion for education and is excited to bring affordable and sustainable technology to schools. Cassi graduated from the University of San Diego with a Bachelor’s in Business & Marketing.

Kirk D. Behnke, M.Ed., ATP
Director of Technical Assistance, The National Accessible Educational Materials (AEM) Center at CAST

Kirk has presented nationally and internationally on Assistive Technology (AT), Web Tools and Universal Design for Learning (UDL) for over 25 years. His passion is helping to facilitate excellence in learning for all, whether it is in a classroom, lecture hall or presentation room. His greatest accomplishment was the development and implementation of the “Assistive Technology Applications Certificate Program (ATACP)” at California State University, Northridge (CSUN). 

Kirk holds a Master’s degree from Temple University in Education/Special Education and a credential as an Assistive Technology Professional from the Rehabilitation and Engineering Society of North America (RESNA). He was the former Lead for the Texas Assistive Technology Network at Region 4 Education Service Center.

Dominique Dynes

Dominique Dynes, Google Certified Innovator and Trainer

As a Google Certified Innovator and Trainer, Dominique loves opportunities for global collaboration and enjoys traveling while training teachers around the world. Living and teaching in Guadalajara, Mexico, Dominique is on the Google for Education International Advisory Board and is the founder of #MexEdChat, a bilingual Twitter chat connecting global Latin American educators. She also leads up the GEG Guadalajara chapter and serves on the Remind Teacher Advisory Board.
