#PowerMyPotential
Neurodivergent people think, work and learn in ways that are truly unique. We’re championing a world where neurodivergence is celebrated, where every person has the chance to feel seen and understood, allowing every piece of their personality and potential to shine.
Q. Did you know that around 20% of people worldwide are neurodivergent? And that 76% won't fully disclose this at work.
Neurodivergent people see and experience the world in a different way compared to the majority of people, who are neurotypical.
While these individuals may face personal challenges in some areas, they also bring incredible strengths to the table. When they are provided with the right environment and support, neurodivergent people can enhance an organization's ability to innovate and solve problems.
