Her role includes carrying out accessibility audits of digital applications, gap analysis, user testing, and providing in-depth consultancy to a wide range of clients across the private and public sectors. Her background includes UX and website management. She is a Certified Professional in Web Accessibility (CPWA) with the International Association of Accessibility Professionals (IAAP) and holds a degree in Industrial Systems Engineering from University of Washington, Seattle.
