Kieran Thompson, Cundall

Head of Talent, Diversity & Inclusion

Appointed as Head of Talent, Diversity, and Inclusion at Cundall in 2019, Kieran Thompson is responsible for the design and delivery of their industry-leading global diversity and inclusion strategy.

A chartered member of the CIPD, Kieran is also accredited as Neurodiversity Aware ®, and is studying an MSc in Inequality and Society in his spare time. A prominent D&I thought-leader within the construction sector, Kieran is also a tireless proponent of equality and justice inside and outside of the workplace.

Anna Button, Next Plc

Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Specialist

Excellence in Diversity Award Winner in 2017, European Staff Network Chair of the Year, and a inductee of the Shaw Top 100 Influential People with a Disability. Anna has spent the last 22 years pushing for a culture where all are able to be their authentic self in the workplace irrespective of their difference. 

Creator of the #StillAble Movement, Anna has worked primarily in the public sector for West Yorkshire Police. She recently joined Next as their Diversity and Equality Specialist to challenge head on some of the bespoke issues that the private sector are encountering. 

As a disabled person herself, Anna has experienced her fair share of challenges during her career. But she's determined to create a shared understanding about what Diversity Equality and Inclusion really means in 2021 and create that safe space to ask the questions rather than assume all the answers.

Daniel Aherne, Adjust Services
