A chartered member of the CIPD, Kieran is also accredited as Neurodiversity Aware ®, and is studying an MSc in Inequality and Society in his spare time. A prominent D&I thought-leader within the construction sector, Kieran is also a tireless proponent of equality and justice inside and outside of the workplace.

As a disabled person herself, Anna has experienced her fair share of challenges during her career. But she's determined to create a shared understanding about what Diversity Equality and Inclusion really means in 2021 and create that safe space to ask the questions rather than assume all the answers.
