Meet the speakers...

Neil Eustice, KPMG

I am a Digital Accessibility Manager within the Technology team at KPMG. I sit on two internal network committees, for disabled colleagues and for mental health, and I am a member of the Business Disability Forum’s Technology Taskforce. I am also a member of the Neurodiversity community set up within KPMG. 

I have worked here for over 25 years and am responsible for initiatives such as the Accessibility Testing team, Accessibility Champions group, ‘Personal Perspectives’ intranet pages, and I have built internal learning channels around Disability and Accessibility. Outside of work I am a woodworker who loves to spend time in his garage-come-workshop.

Christina Taylor, KPMG

Christina is a member of the Inclusion, Diversity and Equity team at KPMG UK. She joined the firm this year, impressed by KPMG’s commitment to Disability Equity and Inclusion. Prior to this, she worked at Aviva leading on accessibility and inclusion for vulnerable customers, then working in the Global Inclusion and Corporate Responsibility teams. 

Last year, she was nominated for a Women in Finance award for the growth and impact of Aviva’s disability network in her capacity as co-chair. She is a passionate advocate for mental health and neurodiversity, representing the UK’s largest eating disorder charity, Beat, as an Ambassador. Outside of work, she is kept busy in her hometown of Norwich by her husband, two children aged 11 and 9 and four cats.

Cathy Donnelly, Texthelp

Cathy joined Texthelp in 2022 as the company’s first ever Chief People Officer. After 25+ years' experience in Human Resources, Cathy's move to Texthelp was inspired by the company's strong purpose and values. Cathy's vision for Texthelp is one with a best-in-class global employee experience where everyone is supported to fulfil their potential. Her focus is on building a globally inclusive community that recognises and celebrates diversity, and fosters a high-performing culture. 

Based in Northern Ireland, Cathy splits her time across Texthelp offices in the US, London, Belfast, the Nordics, and Australia. In her free time, Cathy enjoys time with her husband Seamus, and 16-year old twins, Marcus and Daisy. She also enjoys cooking, reading and travelling.

Rebecca Smyth, Texthelp

Rebecca is an Accessibility and Inclusion Specialist at Texthelp and is passionate about promoting equality and creating opportunity for all.

She believes in a world where everyone deserves the right to understand and be understood. With over a decade of experience in providing support solutions to companies, Rebecca advises on tools and strategies to improve digital inclusion and online accessibility.
