Texthelp names Erinn O’Sullivan as Chief Financial Officer

With an impressive background, Erinn will lead Texthelp’s global financial operations.

Belfast, Northern Ireland – June 30, 2023 - Today, Texthelp, a global leader in literacy and assistive technology, announced it has appointed Erinn O'Sullivan to the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In her new role, Erinn will help Texthelp to continue to meet its goal of advancing the literacy of 1 billion people by 2030.

Erinn joined Texthelp in March 2021 as Finance Integration Director and joined the senior team as Senior Vice President (SVP) of Finance in June 2021. Before joining the company, she served as Commercial Finance Director at Tes. She brings over 18 years experience to Texthelp across a range of financial, commercial & operational responsibilities in Publishing, Media and EdTech businesses.

Erinn has displayed outstanding leadership since joining the company two years ago. During this time, she has demonstrated exemplary stewardship of Texthelp's finances, balancing the demands of supporting our growth with the critical need for financial solidity and efficiency. Erinn has delivered a significant transformation of the finance organisation and has been instrumental throughout our M&A journey.
