Are you neurodivergent? Do you have a disability? Or are you an older person with an interest in technology? Then we’d love your help. Work with us to make sure that our products are even more accessible and user friendly for everyone.
The Texthelp Group fiercely believes in accessibility. Accessible design is a crucial part of our business.
We understand the importance of putting users at the heart of our product design and development process. We’re committed to understanding the needs of all our user groups, including those with different disabilities.
If you would like to join our Accessibility Champions Network and take part in user studies including interviews, surveys, focus groups and more, please join us.
Overall, we hope to gain information about use and usability of our technology. This will help us to make improvements in our products that will benefit everyone.
We look forward to working with you to make the world an easier place to understand and be understood.
The Disability and Accessibility Network is a group of people with disabilities, visible and invisible, who experience challenges online or with online products. As a member of the network, you’ll get hands on with our products and services. These could be tools in the early stages of development or products which are already established. You’ll take part in surveys, focus groups and interviews with us.
We’re committed to understanding the needs of our users with disabilities and other challenges. The Disability and Accessibility Network is a new forum that will allow us to connect with you and place you at the heart of our product-design process. This will help us make sure that our products are as accessible and user friendly as possible.
We value your time and be sure to recompense you for it. Examples are:
- User testing session / focus groups - we’ll pay $95 per person. The duration will be advised in advance and may vary slightly on the day.
- Surveys - $15
- Interviews - $40-$60 depending on length, typically 45 min.
You do not have to remain part of our Disability and Accessibility Network. If you decide to be part of this group and you later change your mind, you have the right to drop out at any time. We’ll be sad to see you go, but it’s your choice and you are not obligated to participate.
