Competitive Salary

We offer a salary amount that is equal to or higher than the industry standard. Our pay day is the last day of the month.


You will be automatically signed up to our workplace pension scheme with Aegon. There is a 90 day waiting period. You will contribute 5% of your earnings and we will contribute 4% towards this scheme.

Medical Appointments

You are allowed to take paid time off for short medical appointments. if you are unable to attend outside your normal working hours.


We offer a flexible approach top holidays. You are entitled to 32 days holidays per year. This includes bank and public holidays that apply in your region. We also operate an annual shut down over Christmas day, Boxing day and New Year's day.

Performance Bonus

Employees who achieve their set objectives are eligible to receive a quarterly performance bonus. Performance bonuses vary by role.

Healthcare Cashplan

You can claim back the cost of treatments such as dental, eye tests and physiotherapy when you enrol in the healthcare scheme.

Life Insurance

Group life insurance pays out a tax free cash lump sum of 4 times your annual salary at date of death, to your nominated dependants.

Birthday Day Off

From your commencement date, you are entitled to a day off to celebrate your birthday.

Professional Association Fees

For you to keep up to date with trends, regulations and best practices, we pay for one annual professional membership per employee.

Personal Development Funds

After probation, you are entitled to a yearly personal development fund to support you gain knowledge and acquire new skills.

Gym Membership

We support your health and fitness goals by contributing towards your gym membership fees from your start day.

To promote health and wellness, free healthy lunches are provided at the office.

Professional Development Support
