Setting up your Free Teacher account

We know how hard educators work everyday to support their students. As a thank you for your time and effort, we have made Read&Write and EquatIO FREE for teachers! This means you can get premium subscriptions to one or both of these products at no cost. If you’re interested in getting set up with a free teacher account for either product, read below.

I’m a teacher that doesn’t have Read&Write and/or EquatIO:

  • If you want a free Read&Write subscription, first head to the Read&Write webpage and install it on the platform(s) of your choice. 
  • If you want a free EquatIO subscription, first head to the EquatIO webpage and install it on the platform(s) of your choice.
  • If you are going to use Read&Write and/or EquatIO for Google Chrome, be sure to note what email you used to sign in to Google Chrome when you installed the product(s), as you will need to use that same email to fill out the Free for Teachers form below.
  • If you are going to use Read&Write for Windows, Mac, Microsoft Edge, Android or iPad and/or EquatIO for Windows, Mac or EquatIO mathspace, be sure to note what email you used to sign in to the product(s) as you will need to use that same email to fill out the Free for Teachers form below.

I’m a teacher that already has Read&Write and/or EquatIO:

  • You are all set and can register for your free teacher account right now.
  • If you are using Read&Write and/or EquatIO for Google Chrome, be sure to fill out the Free for Teachers form with the same email you use to sign in to Google Chrome.
  • If you are using Read&Write for Windows, Mac, Microsoft Edge, Android or iPad and/or EquatIO for Windows, Mac or EquatIO mathspace, be sure to fill out the Free for Teachers form with the same email you use to sign in to the product(s).

All that’s left to do is to fill out the form below! Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for your premium subscription to be activated.
