Snapverter is now OrbitNote

From September 30th, 2023, Texthelp will discontinue Snapverter. OrbitNote is your new OCR tool. Using OrbitNote, you can make any inaccessible PDF readable. OCR Scanning for image-only PDFs is now available at the click of a button.

As a Snapverter customer, you might have noticed that you already have access to OrbitNote.  We’ve now added all the great features from Snapverter into OrbitNote, our PDF reader and editing tool. OrbitNote takes your digital documents to the next level. It allows you to transform and interact with documents in a completely different way.

OrbitNote helps you to create readable and editable PDF documents where the whole class can collaborate and interact together.

Starting September 30th 2023, Snapverter will no longer be available to our current and future customer base. However, with features such as the OCR Scanning and Image OCR features, OrbitNote will provide features you’ve been used to in Snapverter and much more. It lets you make use of existing classroom papers, image-only PDFs, and other inaccessible resources by converting them to readable text and images that can be shared with students to edit as they need to.

At the touch of a button you can convert inaccessible PDFs right in the existing PDF, ready for your students to engage with.

Current customers who used Snapverter before now have access to OrbitNote.
